So this is it. Today is the last day before Allie and I start on this crazy lifestyle shift.
It’s just a month. Allie said it last night, “you can do anything for 30 days.”
So here is our list of dinners for the week. We figured it would be a good plan to cook the same thing every day to start out with so we could compare and cheer each other on during this first week. We may do the same thing every week, but we’re really just trying to focus on one week at a time. Honestly, I’m just trying to focus on one MEAL at a time!
So our meal plans for the week are this:
Monday- Salmon Patties with Roasted Veggies
Tuesday- Carne-than Asada with Roasted Veggies
Wednesday- Slow Cooker Chipotle Pork with Pineapple Coleslaw
Thursday- Crockpot Balsamic Roast Beef with Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Friday- Taco Salad with Homemade Salsa (Will’s Recipe) and Guacamole
